Not sure. That was never tested, it goes like this if he is attacked in base, and he open his eye 3 times, he is allow to keep his eye open for the rest of the fight. I guess that if his eye is close. The only example would be Nanao using a mirror sword with his own light against him, he will lose his intangibility momentarily.
If he can pierce things at the same time as being intangible then he is kind of almost unbeatable
Reality Warping, light manipulation and spacial attacks can harm him, but he still has Regenerationn while been intangible.
What about mental attacks

Mental attacks like any other powers has different categories, but sure. That is, if said Mental attack has feats of harming intangible people. Physical attacks can't harm Lille, but Hulk (comics) has shown to be able to physically harm intangibles like Electro who had a body made of pure lightning. Otherwise is a NLF to claim it.
