Question about Jinbe's Observation

Jinbe is said to have Observation on his page, but his current level of Observation is unknown. This is, in my opinion, slightly false as we see him as one of the few people from the post Onigashima war party who saw Aramaki's invasion of Wano and battle with the Scabbards, along other masters of it like Sanji and Luffy.
