Question about Ichigo.

True Shikai for sure, but trying to be a little brave could be said more.

Yhwach stated Ichigo regained the power he lost to defeat Aizen in a panel in which there's Ginjo's face. Now, that could mean nothing, as well as it could mean that Ichigo regain that level of power during the Lost Agent Arc. In such case, True Shikai won't be just stronger than SGT Ichigo, but genuinely on a total different level.

Which would be in line with the fact that LAA Ichigo beaten Ginjo, who in turn (mainly thanks to CFYOW events and statements) appears to be much more powerful than how it seemed in the manga during LAA.

In a way or another, as theendzero said, TS Ichigo >= SGT Ichigo as a bare minimum.

I think FGT is supposed to be like a culmination of ichigo's abilities as a shinigami, hollow and a quincy.

Post royal guard training is supposed to be like him having mastery and complete control over this culmination.

FGT is like ichigo's version of ultra instinct omen while true shikai (and subsequent forms) is ichigo's version of mastered ultra instinct.
