According to his profile his speed is

"Infinite (Able to move outside of the regular flow of time where time stands still)"

The scan linked on this description shows him moving outside the regular flow of time,but it appears that the scan that links to "time stands still" is broken on my end.i'd appreciate someone linking me the appropriate scan cause I'm planning on doing a vs thread with him

(also sorry if this is too stressful or if I asked this on the wrong disscusion forum)

Also can you give an info of how hunter zolomon's speed works? He doesn't tap into the speed force but he can still outspeed Wally west. I know this has something to do with relativity but I'm a bit confused on how it functions

I don't remember so well, beyond that his speed works by manipulating time, to move while it literally stands still.
