Question about how a "Structure" could be Tier 0

Shouldn't a "structure" be viable for Tier 0, provided it isn't really a structure in any sense but a primordial uncaused reality that has and will always exist?

Provided it meets the requirements of

1. Omnipotence
2. is all things
3. is immutable
4. is absolute in its being (Indivisible)

But also, what if this reality is actually also a being? Could it still be Tier 0?

I think what you’re looking for is an Ultimate Reality, which can be Tier 0 iirc.
