If someone is stated to have crossed an infinite universe, would it rate for infinite speed, something of hax, or just incoherent. In case it were incoherent, would it change if the character was a higher dimensional, 4D or higher, being?

If the universe truly was infinitely large, and a character crossed all of it within a finite timeframe, I suppose that would mean infinite speed, yes.

However, it may or may not be treated as an outlier, depending on the character.

Thank you! So any finite number is enough to get the infinite speed?

I think so, but I am the wrong person to ask. DontTalk understands these matters much better than I do.
