So on Godzilla Earth's profile on the AP it says dwarf star level with his Red Spiral Beam. Does that mean that Godzilla earth's red beam has enough power to blow up the sun?

Partially. You need 4-C to fully nuke the sun but high 5-A would definitely put a large dent in it
