Question about Fusion and Multipliers

So i have a question regarding something about a verse.

So within this verse a specific character survived an attack which was calc'd around High 6-C and this same character previously got beaten by a common "Goon" or "Enemy" within the series. Note that this character hasn't gotten stronger since that previous encounter, so would this scale this common goon to High 6-C?

If so than this continue's my question in that these common goons who're the same level in strength and power as the one who beaten this character can fuse with each-other to create a much larger and stronger goon. Their are 10's of thousands of these same goons who fused with each-other, would that fusion be treated as a 20 thousand times multiplier?

If so that'll answer my question.

1. It sounds a lot like dbs to me
2. Whether what happened was that it literally could have just been nonsense or literally the character got distracted (it happens sometimes)

Possibly. Likely. Often ignored for video games and stuff and there can be other circumstances that apply.

No. As our multiplier page states
Multipliers come from direct statements instead of being reasoned from something else.
