If a structure is capable of creating and fueling a weapon which has higher dimenional attack potency,does the structure itself scales to it?

It's a good question, but it would depend on how the energy is converted. It's more of a feat of the weapon itself than the energy it's taking from the structure unless it's stated to be more highly dependent on what it's gathering from than on the capacity of the weapon itself. Fuel is just fuel whether or not it's from a structure doesn't inherently mean it'd be H-D just because of the weapon itself. More context would be needed.

Would that really make sense,if the structure is inferior to the weapon then the forging wouldn't even be possible.

Didn't dmc get its 9d rating for a similar reason beacause souls are 9d and they were born in the demon world.hence demon world is 9d.

As I mentioned, someone created something, and that something has a higher dimensional attack potency (It's strange to describe it like that - you actually meant to say, he has low 1-C AP), this is simply creation hax potency, and he or the structure does not scale to this.

9d didn't get removed because of scaling issues,they got removed because the 9d souls stuff itself was removed.so the point still stands.
