It could be a lifting strength feat but I don't know how you would go on to quantify it. Maybe you could gind the mass of a black hole whose schwarzschild radius is big enough to fit into cell max' hand, but the problem is that it's made of energy and is not an actual black hole, it just has the gravity of one.
