I mean, it still depending on the contexts of the verse, like everything else. You can have law and at the same time it being a concept in verse, fiction can do all kind of thing

Maaaaybe, but it's more of a big exception for something to be both. (especially if that something is actually called law, instead of just being some metaphysical force that incorporates both)

name sometime is irrelevant though, fiction could call it a Law and then later slap at reader face that it also can do conceptual shit
