Question about brane cosmology

According to the Standard model of Particles, it is probably not ideal to contain objects like the size of our universe into one brane as the interactions of particles would likely mess up our measurements and could potentially cause instability (the hierarchy problem). This is probably an example of Emergent behavior, since there is no way to predict what would happen based on the universes relationship to other objects.
