Question about BFR and Speed

Let's say character A can BFR someone to a place outside 2-A multiverse. Character B doesn't have enough range to come back but has immeasurable speed. Can character B just go back in time to come back from BFR?
What if character A BFR's you to the end of space and time. Would character B be able to come back because of his immeasurable speed.

With immeasurable speed you could return from any point within an individual space time continuum, but you’d need feats to travel from a different universe, or from outside the multiverse. Immeasurable speed means you can travel freely through the universe’s flow of time, not necessarily through your own personal flow of time, so it wouldn’t let you bring yourself back to your original universe without feats.

So if someone could travel through their own personal flow of time could they come back?

I'm not sure if BFR'ing someone outside of time is really something people could use Immeasurable speed to run back to. Immeasurable speed could still be limited to the range of still being inside a Space-Time Continuum.

I guess it’d also depend on how the bfr works? if it’s bfr through a portal could go back through that, but not if it’s teleportation?
