Question about beyonders

Shouldn't beyonders at least have weakness to being "Temporally linear"?
And i know we treat it like inconsistency and just bad writing but my problem is, that this is their weakness for most of the comic and it's one of the reasons they got defeted. Writer also nothing said about them being Temporally linear is because of the plot.

Been a while since I read their parts of Avengers and shit, but the way I saw it, it's moreso their arrogance rather than them being weak like that.
