Question about ap and speed

A blade is stated to move at 33.3% the speed of light and collides with another blade compressed to neutron-star density, causing spacetime distortion. Would this justify Relativistic speed and Star level AP, and is the 10⁸⁸ seconds statement usable for speed scaling or just descriptive?

its fine for Relativistic speed, I mean they literally just say outright how fast it is, as for the Star level AP I'd say no since its a chain reaction caused by the result of the Relativistic sword clashing with the neutron star sword and just triggers the phenomena that occurs after. Given the wording I doubt the same thing would have occurred if there was they did this with just the speed alone or just the neutron star swords alone.
