Question about a transformation and magma manipulation.

If the transformation of a characters causes volcanic eruptions and earthquakes that warrants Magma Manipulation and vibration manipulation?

Note: Just by move his hands there are produced volcanic eruptions.

I am not sure, that sounds more like he's outputting so much power that a volcano is triggered than he's specifically controlling the magma to make it flow out of the volcano

I doubt I would give Water Manipulation to someone if he transforms and that transformation causes a Tsunami
