Question about a character's state

So, I'm planning on making a profile for a dude. The dude in question has achieved a new form, but he was poisoned before he achieved this form like, a few seconds beforehand and dies. Do I assume he still has this poison if I make a profile or nah?

True, who gets poisoned? Anyway, we make profiles based on characters at their peak, so no.

Honestly true. Though a correction, it's a curse. I'm just a moron and typed poison for whatever reason.
