Is being able to destroy an infinitely large universe infinite times with a single attack the same as destroying a multiverse containing an infinite number of universes? In other words, is destroying an infinitely large universe infinite times a sufficient reason for 2-A?

No, because they are not affecting any of the unquantifiable space between the the universes. You can't use multipliers here. It's why being infinitely more powerful than a 2-C would not be 2-A.
