How do you get one to appear on a page? does a user add it? if so, than it will simply be abused.
 
I think this would work on telling which is the best pages on this wiki and what is the worst
 
Maybe we could like...ask one of the admins of the sites who use this feature?

I mean, I definitely remember the One Piece Wiki having a featured pages thingy.
 
I have been looking into implementing the Featured Articles system Wikipedia uses but I haven't been successful so far...
