Very short and minor thing.
Qin Mu is currently 9-A based on a calculation and a guess for destroying a building. When I published the profile I was kinda lazy and one just one from 2 calculations and I would have been right with 9-A if the building had any concrete/steel/rock within but since it's a traditional Chinese building for guests it's made of wood so the result is lower than 9-A and it being 9-B, higher than the previous calculation. So, this works well, with no outline, no contradiction, or the like.
The Calc
So he should be 9-B physically scaling from THIS while with techniques he will scale higher using the above calculation.
* Basically he will be 9-B physically and 9-B but higher with techniques - This will only scale to his AP.
Currently, he is like this:
* Small Building level (Has no problem to bisect cultivators in two with a swing, cut through large trees in one strike, split the river for 27 meters and 3 meters deep, or cut an entire building in two with his knife). Higher with Techniques (As once they are used, his power is increased compared to his normal prowess)
* New one - Wall level (Has no problem to bisect cultivators in two with a swing, cut through large trees in one strike, split the river for 27 meters and 3 meters deep). Wall level with Techniques (As once they are used, his power is increased compared to his normal prowess even being able to raze a building to the ground).
