I figured Phantoms + Immortality made the Springtrap key better suited, but I can swap it to first key if needed.

He scales above a feat from Week 7 that was calced at Street+, and was stated to kill someone in the past, but lacks combat feats besides that

william is just under a 3x disadvantage in ap and durability, and is at a LS disadvantage, and has zero experience in fighting (though if my CRT goes through he'll obtain all of his special delivery abilities in this key, which could make it better for him [plus immortality type 2 in his first key, but that wouldn't really matter in this case])
