tbf Welcome To Derry doesn't really change how this match would go.

Afton is way too immortal for Pennywise to ever dream of fully killing regardless how much he realistically could reduce the corpse down, But afton doesn't have the AP to harm Pennywise (let alone get around the regeneration) unless he used his illusions based off Pennywise's memories to weaken it to a point he could actually kill Pennywise.

worst case scenario for both of them, either Afton is destroyed and decides to incapacitate Pennywise by attempting to take over it's body or Pennywise gets weakened by Afton weaponizing it's own memories against it and allows Afton to temporarily defeat Pennywise (Although as far as i understand this is difficult to do)

The deadlights are probably becoming Low 2-C & Pennywise is gaining a bunch of new hax & stats including broken mind manipulation via the shining, tf do you mean "Welcome to Derry isn't changing anything"? Pennywise is becoming way more broken soon

And none of that helps kill afton. At all. He’s got literally some of the best immo 2 on the entire site, and even if he does manage to do that, afton can take over It’s body through possession.

Nothing changes IT can’t kill afton, and wouldn’t stay in sight of Pennywise for him to use the deadlights on him.

Lwk Pennywise for me, I don't think afton has anything to bypass the Deadlights which reside in much higher plane of existence.
