The funny part about all this? Someone is still gonna end up with another fat L on their record, further emphasizing their punching bag status.

I'm going inconclusive for now.

Natsu's resistance to cold shouldn't be at the level required to break out of the Time Freeze. It took a significant amount of time to break out of Invel's freeze attack, and there was also the thing with Silver freezing him, which left him incapacitated (though it may have something to do with Natsu being END and Silver being a devil slayer)

However, Esdeath's sadistic nature and tendency to drag things out may end up biting her in the ass, add that with the fact that she can only use her trap card once, and it makes me hesitant to declare a winner.

I'll wait to see more arguments before coming to a conclusion.
