Probably Dave. He hasn't killed that many Non-Evil people (Outside the computer generated mosters of sburb) And the facthat he was able to be on par with future trunks according to this wiki. I'd have to go with Dave. (Plus time shenanigans :3)

I don't think that's how KR works anymore. Also Dave is not comparable to trunks it's just his hax that gives him a major advantage over trunks despite his advantages in stats. Also you aren't allowed to use other threads as proof.
 
Can Dave stop time?

Time manipulation and Immortality type 4 are the best hax i got from his profile

if he can't it's either Inconclusive (IDK if Sans can get past type 4 immortality)

or Sans without it time stop and assuming he get past his Immortality
 
@Anonimoe7875 I don't think Dave has time stop. What he does have is the ability to create time clones to fight along side. Effectively Sans would be fighting an army of Daves and would have to kill the main timeline Dave in order to get rid of the rest. Dave could also go back in time and stop Sans from being born but I don't think he would do that in character as it would likely cause a paradox or possibly a doomed timeline. Also Sans destroying souls should get past type 4 immortality.

Dave wouldn't do that in character but the other reason you gave is valid.
