So, right off the bat Silver has a massive AP advantage to potentially one-shot Psykos and apparently a better telekinesis?

Silver has time travel, he can create a paradox and erase her from existence as well, since Psykos apparently does not have type 1 acausality and the likes of it.
As I said, low-diff, her lifting strength advantage would be a problem, yes, but I think Silver just has the better experience to deal with it.

AP: Silver scales to 16.7 Exatons while Psykos upscales from 2.42 Exatons. But it should be noted that Psykos has High-Mid Regeneration

The AP isn’t completely stomp worthy and Psykos has hilariously stronger TK.
It would be difficult, but I see Psykos using her far superior TK to wear Silver down by crushing him slowly.
