The gambler would typically open up with presuading someone to play his games and risk their own life but knowing who he's fighting, he'd probably instead try for a more direct approach which sense he only has his cane would be to beat the ever loving god out of MrBeast. He does have a range advantage thanks to cane being longer than a drill.

MrBeast likely takes the skill advantage sense he possibly kill 999 people although it's unknown how.

The Gambler does have a great deal of luck however, having escaped death numerous times despite how frequently he plays with his own life so that could come in handy during the fight

The luck is probably going to be MrBeast's most difficult challenge, as Gambler's going to constantly get lucky and not have MrBeast hit him, or for MrBeast to not hit a vital area with the drill. It's not impossible to get past the luck, but it's very helpful for The Gambler

MrBeast does have stealth mastery and more-or-less equal intellingence, but Gambler's cane is 9-C, so a single swing from that and Jimmy won't be feeling very great

I'm thinking The Gambler can definitely get lucky enough to bash Jimmy across the face good with his cane and then finish the job before the latter can get the killing blow in, especially sense according to SBA they'll start rather close to eachother so stealth mastery probably won't have time to really kick in
