Proposition for a new power

(After the Anti-Magic thread I believe it would be appropriate to discuss this.)

We should have a page for a power that Superpower Wiki calls Downgrading.

This is completely different to Power Nullification or Status Effect Inducement but some characters with this power link those in their profiles, which is vastly unaccurate. Other characters simply don't have the power link to nothing, or they don't have it at all.

Assuming this is accepted, I must say that we can choose any name for this.

Well, before, what I've done is just write it like and link it like this.

Stat buffing and debuffing. I have it like that on some Golden Sun pages. Let me see if I can find an example.
