Scenario: Professor Zoom approaches Professor Paradox, seeking to recruit him in his quest for vengeance against Barry Allen. Paradox refuses, angering Zoom, leading the yellow speedster to attack the scientist for his defiance.

Rules:

• Speed is equalized
• Neither have preparation but both have prior knowledge on the other opponent.
• Professor Paradox doesn't have the Chrono-Navigator
• Battle takes place in the ruins of 25th Century Central City

TBF, what speed is there to equalize, since Zoom is more time manip.

Judging by the profile, Paradox probably resists Zoom slowing down time around him (unless I'm missing something). Allowing him to blitz, however, I don't see him bypassing Zoom's paradoxical existence so either Zoom during his continuous revival, somehow devises a successful plan to drain Pardox's powers or Paradox BFRs Thawne
