Dazai should be able to restrain Anya and higher stamina should let him outlast. Anya having precog or telepathy should give an edge but Dazai no longer human idk if it will work on anya's telepathy.i believe it will

I mean, Dazai won’t go all out on someone he sees as a child until she punches him. And yea, No Longer Human will work on Anya because her ability isn’t physical but mental/more abstract in nature and he was able to nullify a time stopper before in the manga.

But Anya does have that AP advantage which might pose a hinderance, she’d also be able to tell that Dazai can nullify her ability and aim dodge his attacks, small size would make her hard to hit, so this match would be difficult one for Dazai.

But yes, Dazai also has analytical precog which is how he can dodge most of Chuuya’s attacks and he has way way superior stamina, experience, intelligence and height advantages than Anya’s slight physical advantages. So I’ll vote for Dazai too.
