True inangibility (minus the phasing through walls bit), as long as he has magic, and yes.

So, practicly it's Nakagami armor only for Erza... Which to be honest makes it kinda easy since it also ignores durabilty making it huge damage.

Or we consider like verse equalisation so she can touch him with anything?

It's not magic based intangibility, no. Keep in mind that even using a candle wastes magic in ALTTP. Only things that are truly magic based in the game are the rods and medallions.

Probably. I can't imagine any of other source of energy the verse would use. But why?

How does verse equalization help with intangibility?

Example with haki. If haki is the only way to hurt the opponent than haki would equal magic,reiatsu,chakra...

Anyway,why does it matter if it's magic based?

Actually, I'm mistaken. There are two intangibility items in ALTTP. There's the Magic Cape, which basically makes him a ghost (intangible as well as invisible) and the Cane of Brynna, which makes him intangible and gives him an enemy damaging force field. Both drain magic power.

^because it was an example only for one piece. It should work with other verses or else there wouldn't be a point in certain match-ups.

No, it only applies to One Piece because it's like that in verse for them. For people like Juvia and Suigetsu where there's nothing like that in their verses, it's a useful ability for them.
