Thorkell's page currently has a few problems from what I can tell.
1. In verse infamy is not fear manipulation. Your name and deeds carrying so much weight in verse that people fear you isn't a power that we have listed currently and it's useless against anyone outside of your verse anyway.
2. Memory Manipulation for intimidating someone so much that they revert to the state of a child says more about the person affected then the person inflicting it. If he had displayed this ability on multiple occasions against different types of people then I would say no problem but the way it's described it doesn't count as memory manipulation in the slightest.
