Celestia wins. She can fly around and use projectiles to wear down Wonder Woman. Even if she gets close enough to Wonder Woman to be hit, they are on equal footing power wise.

Even though Diana is likely a better fighter, Celestia wins via being more versitile, she has flight and better ranged attacks, not to mention her Telekinesis and Darkness Manipulation, and the fact that she can do everything Twilight can do but better is kind of the nail in Wonder Woman's coffin.

Celestia takes this pretty easily IMO. Her sheer diversity in techniques is ridiculous, even if we haven't seen her full capabilities, it's fair to put her on equal footing with Twilight in terms of hax, which gives her Telekinesis, Transmutation, Gravity Manipulation, Elemental Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation and so much more.
