Preliminary Boruto Upgrades (Shino / Mitsuki)

For starters, Shino Aburame is listed as At Least 8-C in AP. While this is ok for him Physically, his AP should be much higher with his Insects who have AP capable of harming Juubi Spawns before they grow big inside and absorb their chakra. This is during War Arc.

Part 2 Shino should have 8-A AP with insects. Adult Shino should have 8-A AP as well with insects. Not only that, but Shino is confirmed by Naruto to be Jonin level which in itself constitutes 8-A rating as per revisions and scaling.

This brings me to Mitsuki. For Staters, Mitsuki and Co should have 2 keys for now, "Academy" and "Genin Years".

Mitsuki should be 8-A in Genin Years. He defeated Shino 1 v 1 when the latter was serious (w/o Killing Intent) during the Graduation exams.

Edit: Also, Part 2 Shino and up should be 8-B physically. Sure, he's not a physical fighter, but I can't see him, a Chunin/Jonin level ninja being one shotted by his students or part 1 characters that are 8-B.

Didn't Mitsuki outspeed Orochimaru in Sage Mode even before his academy years. He might need to be upgradaded to MHS+, especially since that is with Shino is.

Also, did SM Mitsuki & Oro fight at all ?

Reasoning: He fought along side Boruto against Shizuma who is at least Chunin level and hurt Shino with his Raiton.

Also, "Genin Years" should Mitsuki scale to MHS+ from Shino.

Academy Mitsuki wouldn't scale because In the fight with Shino during the Nue arc, iirc, it was implied or stated that despite being manipulated, he still managed to hold back against Boruto, Shikadai and Mitsuki.

I wouldn't count that feat tbh. If Kep and BFF agree with Academy age Mitsuki's SM being MHS+ for blitzing Oro, then sure.

Orochimaru was testing him, but since it's easy to reach MHS+ in Naruto through a Sage Mode then probably yes.

For Mitsuki and other Boruto kids, we need to change keys. Being this is only for Mitsuki atm, let's focus on him for now.

Academy Mitsuki Should Be:

• AP: "8-B Physically (Demonstrated Chunin Level skill and is implied to be on this level), Possibly 8-A (Could Hurt Adult Shino with his Jutsu and momentarily Knock him unconcious (Note: Shino had no real Damage))"

• Speed: MHS+ (I looked back and Mitsuki did react to Suigetsu while still confused)

Genin Years Mitsuki should be:

• AP: "8-B Physically. 8-A (Fought and Defeated a serious Adult Shino in one on one combat)

• Speed: MHS+ (Fought and Defeated a Jonin Level Character).

The entire arc where Shizuma appeared was ripped from the Seven Mist arc in Naruto since the main opponents claimed to be the new Seven Mist Swordsman and said to start a new ninja war despite them being 8-B to 8-A.

Note: Kagura is Yagura successor obliviously, they look the same.
