Standing 17.1ft tall and weighing 22 tons, Palaeo easily has the size, weight and strength advantage against its much smaller 8.9-11.2ft, 6 ton opponent. Plus, the mammoth's curved tusks aren't gonna do it any favors against Palaeo's straighter tusks that could actually be used for stabbing.
