I am just spitballing, but something like this.
Note: Precognition is one of the most varied powers in fiction: Thus the range of its usage and limitations must be clearly stated either in the powers and abilities section or as a seperate note on the page. Further clarification with feats and statements is highly recommended for accuracy.
It is a mouthful so anyone else can chime in.
