Well, it's not really hax, more like a better weaponized tools (like gasoline, torches and what not)

Yanina can supposedly get access to things like kitchen knives given it takes place in their house but the main problem is that The Arsonist is apparently taking them by surprise and has a weapon too, that being their torch, plus he can just dump the gasoline on them with the former advantage and from there all he needs to do is get close.

Judging from the summary Arsonist is also used to setting homes on fire and wiping out entire towns, so taking out one normal person shouldn't be anything new to him.

(Still not sure whether to consider Unknown as inferior to known or use Tier to estimate the unknown stats... Tier would not always be indicative but considering Unknown as inferior to all known stats would also possibly be inaccurate so yeah I'm still having issues with this.)

If it wasn't out/outside of line of sight I would have been thinking of voting inconclusive on the off-chance that Yanina can use household stuff (any substance and object that can be weaponised like chemicals and blunt and sharp stuff) to potentially beat/kill Arsonist while Arsonist also kills them (a mutual kill basically).
But yeah I'm voting Arsonist winning/Yanina losing.
