• Since they got "None" general modifier - their battle would be devided by rounds with every single condition from general modifiers wheel (SBA, Equal speed, Open area, Closed area, Restriction of "Possible" stats, Usage of "Possible" stats, No line of sight in closed area, No line of sight in open area)
• Speed is not equalized (except SBA and equal speed round)
• Winner is determined by win rate in those random conditions

Chucky has prior knowledge, so I'd assume he'd have preparation, and considering that he detonated the White House's nukes, I doubt he wouldn't be able to prepare for some random human.

He have prior knowledge, not prep time, and they won't be near some military/presidential structures. Basically he just knows how skilled and how strong Dereck is, but still have to fight him head on

Tbh, I don't think we should use Derek's 9-B dura, since that physical tier for humans got debunked multiple times. So I guess we should use Composite human's dura instead (which is higher than 2 kj, and should be at least 5 kj)

Durability: Dereck
Stamina: Chucky
Range: Dereck
Intelligence: Chucky

Even though Chucky has higher AP, speed, strength, stamina and overall intelligence, Dereck's range, durability, larger size and skill should offset the AP, speed, and strength advantage to an extent.
So I'd guess the stats would end up looking more like:
AP: Draw/Tie
Speed: Draw/Tie
Lifting and Striking: Draw/Tie
Durability: Dereck
Stamina: Chucky
Range: Dereck
Intelligence: Chucky
...
Damn it, I hope Dereck can use the range advantage to damage Chucky before Chucky can damage Dereck.

I vote Dereck winning/Chucky losing due to the range advantage and thus the higher likelihood that Dereck can land more attacks than Chucky at melee range.
