We are almost done with the revisions of dino charge, but without further ado lets procceed
we are splitting heckyl's unmorphed key into 2 sections cuz his post series self is very different in abilities than his self during dino charge
Explosion Manipulation (Like everyone else his attacks can create explosions)
Telekinesis (Lifted Fury's and Sige's weapons telekinetically in order to stop them from fighting)
Energy Projection and Electricity Manipulation (His attacks are energy and electricity based)
heat Manipulation (His attacks are also hot enough to melt metal)
Longevity (Million years old like Lord Arcanon)
Adaptation (Gained resistances to the effects of the Dark Energem after being exposed to it)
Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Immune to the effects of Leizure who can control the minds of others making them believe they are in vacation forever, Leizure's mind powers are strong enough to effect the Black Ranger while skating despite the black ranger being able to resist mind powers while doing so)

Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (All rangers were fine after they took a blast which included 10 million gigavolts worth of electricity)
Resistance to Heat Manipulation (The suit of the dino charge rangers protect the user from heat, Tyler while extremely weakened was ok inside a volcano)
