What is the power output nessisary to create a blackout in a large city?

To put it in more technical terms, how much energy do you need to put into a power grid to overload it?

Apparently one guy with one gun its more than enough to cause a country to go blackout.

Now serious, its not tabulated (if asking for a electromagnetic wave), and one just need to aim the the power source, a minor damage and it can cause a blackout.

I mean if they directly pump electricity into the system from an alternate source (Like pumping electricity into a pump) One look at what I do on this wiki and you can instantly tell who I'm talking about

Probably however much will damage the weakest part of some integral system. If it's wired really shitty it might not even be that much if its like a fuse or something

Yes, increasing the current increase the temperature and wires burn and/or melt, and how any circuit, if one protection its out then the other start to fall as a bunch of dominos.
