"Power Awakening" as a new ability

It took me awhile to realize this, up until this thread, but there is no power on the wiki for abilities such as Elder Kai's Unlock Potential Ritual or the Bow and Arrow's Stand-awakening capabilities. You're probably thinking: "This is just Power Bestowal", but unleashing someone's potential goes beyond simple Power Bestowal. Hence, Power Awakening.

Its Power Bestowal, just saying its not Power Bestowal doesn't count as a rebuttal to the fact that its literally just a form of Power Bestowal.

I mean, on the very Power Bestowal page itself the Stand arrow is given as an example of Power Bestowal.

Power Bestowal is "the ability to grant others new abilities or even new forms, though generally not superior to that of the granter's", as in literally giving someone else a power. Power Awakening is drawing out one's inner talents and unlocking powers that the target already has but has not tapped into yet, so like a combination of Power Bestowal and Awakened Power, which deserves to have its own power in that case.

It really doesn't deserve a new power, it's just creating a needless power to fulfil a role that is adequately explained by an already existing power. No one will have any issue of seeing Power Bestowal being used to describe these situations and understanding why it's being used, it's really just being needlessly semantic for no actual reason.

We literally have a Awakened Power page...

This is just a small variation with the same wording in reverse. Its complety redundant.
