Possibly FTL MLP

So I've been chatting over at Narutoforums, and asked why they consider MLP ftl. Apparently it isn't because they're reacting to moving the Sun, but because it takes and I quote

Because it takes less than a few seconds for Celestia to be able to reach and TK the sun- that's how fast her magic is moving. Similar tiers are able to react to each others magic speed, so >that

Also TK is just a targeted attack. It has no travel time unless otherwise shown. In general anything within range of the TKer can be TKed instantly, since travel time isn't a factor.

In the MLP pilot after they beat NMM it looks light Celestia came out of the sun?

As an MLP supporter, I think this is more range than speed. Magic like this consistently affects objects instantly, no matter the distance, so I think we could make Celestia's range 1 AU, but not her speed FTL.

Wouldn't that also be a speed feat since being in the Sun means she flew out of it to Earth? I think that was Phoenix's point.
