Possible Slight Tier, AP, and Durability upgrade (Hetalia)

It has come to my attention that in both the manga and anime adaption of said anime. Russia, notably comes into a meeting late. When England asks why he was late Russia responds by saying he was made to stop several tanks on his way there with his bare hands. Clearly this is not a hyperbole. Although I do not have a specific number of tanks, it is suggested more than one due to wording, and he comes into the meeting with half of his body bloodied. This event surely happened offscreen but overall happened.

I will provide 2 sources to confirm this. If you all agree. I reccomend changing the stats.

Considering the nature of Hetalia, I also agree this probably is not a hyperbole. Also, Germany made an entire house violently shake with his attacks so I think Small Building level Hetalia is consistent.

Thank you for your input Dark. I also think this is pretty consistent. America, although did not destroy a car, was able to carry one with ease. Not sure if lifting strength upgrade would also apply here with Russia who destroyed a tank or two. But something to think about.

Should I add potentially building level? Tank profiles show building level durability as well? Such as M1A1 tanks?

So would this make Hetalia characters high 9-A or 8-C?

M1A1 Tanks are only 8-C against cutting damage.

I did a really rough calc and destroying a M1A1 Tank would result in low end Building level (0.3 Tons), so "At least 9-A, likely 8-C" is fine by me.

I dunno. There isn't a specific one said and this wiki only has M1A1 tank profile. So I'm going based on that. I suppose Darks suggestion is probably best.
