Kerrigan is able to see "beyond the flow of space and time", was destinied to "transcend creation", and Amon was able to destroy the universe in an alternate timeline. Also Amon has like 4 or so "universal threat" statements, although that is probably just physical universe.

Hmm. I don't have the time to check each video at the moment but Amon being one with the void makes him the only Xel Naga sans Kerrigan and Ouros to be universal. And only then, it sounds more like Amon only became that strong after he became one with the void.Assaltwaffle said:

"I am infinite" can be taken as hyperbole, as does a lot of other statement-based feats.
"I can see countless universes" does not indicate raw power but awareness, which supports "seeing beyond space and time".
"So many universes came before us, all of them turns in the Infinite Cycle..." Doesn't sound like power to me.
That said, it's only my opinion and I see that I'm pretty much in the minority. Make no mistake, I know so that the Xel Naga are powerful, but I think they're not universal.
Lastly, I have yet to watch the videos on youtube that are linked in Amon's profile due to internet reasons.

So have you gotten around to seeing the videos or is your internet still not up to par. I would prefer to get these upgrades completed so they aren't forgotten.
