Possible Rick Sanchez intelligence upgrade?

So season 3 first episode came out around last night. And it appears Rick has Nigh-Omnipotence. Reason being is that The Galactic Federation said this themsleves when referring to how dangerous he is. And I believe that this was even said again later in the episode. I won't spoil the episode but I do have a link I will post later.

The council of ricks and everyone apart of the order is literally rick from alternate realities, but for reasons unknown, C-137(The main canon rick) is supposedly the smartest rick. As he was able too outsmart both the council of ricks and the galactic federation.

I'm not saying rick had omniscients, but I can see why the threadmaker thought rick could possibly have omniscience's,because 1, morty described rick as some chaotic God who knew literally everything, and in one of ricks memory simulation, he said that a rick with a portal gun becomes the smartest being in every conciveable reality, or the infinite rick.

Don't know if this means nigh omniscience's, I'm just saying why the author assumed rick could have nigh omniscience's

I don't think is omniscients, Omniscient means he knows everything but there's some instant where he cannot come up with a solution. Examples, when he cannot save the cronenberg universe or when he wasn't able to fix the time-line disruption and need the fourth dimension dude to help him.

We cannot rare him as omniscient unless he knows almost everything in the universe at once. He is definitely a supergenius however.

I don't think Rick couldn't figure out how to change his home dimension back to humans instead of croenberg though. I think he began to find the whole situation tedious and, as he did, he just found a universe where he figured it out instead. And that's still Rick. So..

Even then he still couldn't figure out how to fix the broken timeline. Also if he is omnipotent isn't it guarantee for him to able to fix the croenberg verse?

Even if it was a guarantee for him to do so. He is still Rick, not God, so he can also chose not to do it out of it being a hassle, a waste of time, or being tedious. Which is why he found a universe where he actually DID fix the croenberg verse. Sure it wasn't literally him, but it was still him. Plus he was even smart enough to find a verse where the orginal rick & morty would die too. There's probably another instance where they fixed the verse and didn't die. Ahh, Multiverses.

Well if he omnipotent thats mean he shouldn't fail to fix the mantis disease and the broken timeline. I would say he's very high super genious but not to the point that he knows everything.

He would also be aware of how emotions work too I think. But even with that in mind there are still several factors that prevent him from being labelled as such. Not to mention as everyone said, he is the smartest Rick of all, but it doesn't make him know everything instantly.

Also I doubt Project Phoenix could be really used since he axed it and I doubt even he finds it a good idea to perform.
