Interesting. The feat seems legit, but who's to say it isn't just another outlier? It just isn't really consistent with most of what we've seen Pac-man do, but that's just my take.

This feat comes from Pac man 3 after this game, there is no other Pac man game where he is HAS too fight 4-A characters like Erwin, after Pac man world 3, they were only racing games, multiple arcade remakes, and mobile games. All of which have 0 plot, story, or boss

I am afraid this could potentially be considered an Outlier, however, if not, it could probably be something akin to "Multi-Solar System level"

Yes I'm sure. However, it would only scale for his Attack Potency, and not his physical stats.

Considering this is his game version, it most likely is an outlier yes. If it was his Ghostly Adventures counterpart, then it would have been plausible.
