I don't think that they have displayed anywhere near that degree of power and stature.
And a realm beyond universal, or even multiversal space and time is not the same thing as transcending the concepts in their entirety, nor does it mean that beings that inhabit it are automatically on that level. Unless you would like to argue that Starfox is a 1-A character for entering.

Entering a Outerversal Plane & Being Able to naturally exists inside an Outerversal Plane =/= Being able to affect an Outerversal Plane. Eternity would've since been a 1-A character if just that reasoning is shown . There is a difference.
