Possible Mount Tambora Eruption Upgrade

It says at Wired that this volcano's eruption energy is 33 billion tons/ 33 gigaton.


As shown here it has a VEI of 7, which should also make it more powerful than even Mount Vesuvius's eruptio which was only VEI 5.
