Menma uses the Black Nine-Tails in his fight against Naruto and Kurama, where the two foxes fight on par with eachother. Wouldn't this make Menma "low 6-B with black nine-tails"?

1.Menma does not need in another 7B key,one was enough.
2.His Kurama is country level in AP and Durability since it is 100%.
