I legit disagree with that tbh

You can get called by one right before the prison mission, but that only happens if you skip your Chronos dose meaning you're into worse withdrawal. It also makes Fa Yuan's dossier say nothing but the word Kill, so...

The other scene with them is the one with the cops, but I'm pretty sure they aren't actually there either. If you chose to die the scene just goes on as if they didn't show up. Nobody even wonders about the weird masked dudes, and that 1 cop who noticed seems to instantly forget. Now they seemingly killed that entire group, but you gotta remember that he wasn't exactly in a situation that's beyond his ability to get out of. Zero could have just done it himself and not perceived it right, and the psychiatrist flips out at you for killing a massive number of cops with no mention of those weird masked dudes, so yeah.

They kidnap the girl, another character who probably doesn't exist outside Zero's mind. Nobody else in that end scene saw the note in Zero's apartment, it could have been from some other shadowy character anyways given what had just happened.

So yeah comedy and tragedy are more hallucinations and as such should be deleted
