A while ago, I made a blog defending JoJo FTL feats, using feats that AMM used in his blog as well as some other feats I found myself.
Some things that were mentioned in AMM's blog:
Joseph and Caesar dodged a ray of light fired from the Red Stone at close range
Kars blocked a UV ray fired from Kars at close range
But the thing is, in both of these scans, the feats involve the ray of light almost touching them, only for them to react to it at the last second, much like Silver Chariot's feat, where the Hanged Man was a mere inch away from the coin, only for Silver Chariot to rush up at tag it at the last second.
For Kars, the UV ray was just a few centimeters away from touching his face, and THEN he puts up his hands. The fact that Kars was able to move his hands up from neutral position to defend his face in such a short time frame shows that his combat/reaction speeds should be FAR higher than simply FTL, likely FTL+.
For Joseph and Caesar, the ray of light was almost touching their chests, but then they both leaped out of the way at the last second. You get the idea, right?
There's also the time where Josuke was able to retrieve Josuke's body using Okuyasu's severed hand. Koichi states that RHCP can move at the speed of light (I know this is the Duwang translation but I can't find the official one).
But anyways, I do believe that the characters involved with this feat should get an upgrade to FTL+ reactions.
